Sploot Vet Care was able to get my dog in today. My Husky named Jax has an infected tooth. They gave her pain meds and an antibiotic and they have her scheduled in on Saturday to do the tooth extraction. I am VERY Thankful for them. They are a great group. Answered all my questions and most importantly, they took good care of Jax. Expensive, but I guess You get what You pay for and they were Great! -- Mark Ford <•})>< *Spoiler Alert* God Wins!!

Dr Schneider & Nathalie were really nice people. First time fur parent and first visit to the vet, they made it easygoing and helped me understand the care i needed for Tyga!

I brought my little guy Cas in due to an emergent issue. I new that he would need more care than my regular vet who had previously refered me to another Vet clinic who also had to refer me which is frustrating to no end. I hadn't really thought about SPLOOT but after some extensive research for a place that provides 90%+ servises in-house, I made an appointment. I've had bad experiences previously with rude and inpatient Techs and docs so I was warry. To my suprise they were ALL very nice! Everyone we spoke to waited patiently while I explained everything, gently spoke with Cas and did not rush through any of it, which made me relax and helped Cas relax before they took him for the treatment, he even licked them! (My little Casanova! ;)) The billing and medication explained and my questions answered thoroughly I will mention that the customer service over the phone was nice too. There are services I haven't tried but Cas and I will be back. Thank you all at the Central Park office for the GREAT care and respect.

We cannot thank Sploot City Park enough for everything they have done for our family and our dog during such a difficult process. From the front desk staff to the vet techs, every single person has been compassionate, professional, and incredibly supportive. A special thank you to Dr. Ramirez, who has gone above and beyond every step of the way. She has been extremely diligent in outlining next steps, fighting to help get our dog seen at other clinics, and making an awful situation feel much more manageable through her support and care. Having someone so compassionate and proactive in your corner makes all the difference. Thank you again to the entire team at Sploot City Park for your kindness, patience, and dedication. We are so grateful for all that you do.

We had the most incredible experience at Sploot. We had an emergency and they were able to get us a same day appointment. They made us feel heard, respected and most importantly, they took incredible care of our dog. Switched vets immediately so we could keep Loki in their care.

We were seen quickly and had a wonderful experience. The clinic was clean, staff were very friendly, and Nurse Alli & Dr Macpherson were incredibly kind and supportive. They answered all of my questions and clearly went over all treatment options and pricing before anything was done, which I really appreciated. Great care and transparency — highly recommend.

I have an anxious reactive border collie, and a couple of months ago our dog was board and trained. Our last vet office did not want to work with us on the training, they simply wanted our dog to see a behaviorist and be put on medication daily. Even though after his training we saw TONS of progress. We had arrived to sploot and they immediately got us into a room where our dog met nurse Abby, from the beginning Abby made us and our dog feel very comfortable, she was very thorough in explaining all the things our dog was due for, the pricing and most importantly, she was very understanding about our dogs needs. She spent a half hour just sitting on the floor with our dog and gaining his trust, our dog went from shaking with anxiety, to giving nurse Abby a hug by the end of the visit. We couldn’t be happier with the service we had at this sploot location. Vet visits used to be something we dreaded and couldn’t wait to get over with, but Abby, Dr. Ben and their team at this location seem to have the utmost compassion for you and your pets, something that feels like has been lost in this industry with a lot of the other offices we have tried. We left there feeling confident that our dog will have an even better time when we return.

Awesome experience! Doc and staff are amazing. My pup, Phil is a very nervous nelly and everyone at all of the sploot locations I have been to (RINO, 9th & Co and now Central Park) are so accommodating and make it so easy for him. It is definitely not easy for them but they go out of their way to make him quick and comfortable! They are truly amazing! Thank you!

We just had a wonderful experience here with our cat. Not only were all staff members very nice, but the whole visit was well organized and they were upfront about cost and I felt the price was reasonable. I have nothing negative to say. Even scheduling online was great. This is our new vet for sure!

We love Sploot!! ♥️ The entire staff is always so friendly and professional. My boy Copper is very anxious and they made him feel as calm as possible and gave him amazing care. I also love that they have a 24/7 vet available just in case I ever need it. They’re also really quick which I appreciate. Thank you for taking such good care of my sweet boy!!
